itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>La miner\u00eda del carb\u00f3n suele producir aguas residuales muy contaminadas que, tras su vertido en las aguas superficiales, pueden causar importantes da\u00f1os ecol\u00f3gicos. El proyecto de cooperaci\u00f3n \u00abReciclaje y Reutilizaci\u00f3n Espacial y Temporal de las Aguas Residuales de la Miner\u00eda como ejemplo de una Zona Minera Urbana &#8211; WaterMiner\u00bb est\u00e1 buscando soluciones.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1rea del proyecto en Ha Long, en el norte de Vietnam, se caracteriza por la competencia en el uso de la tierra en un \u00e1rea limitada. Los desaf\u00edos y conflictos en el sector agua que existen en la zona de la Bah\u00eda de Ha Long, Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO, con relaci\u00f3n a la miner\u00eda de carb\u00f3n, el espacio vital urbano y el turismo son un obst\u00e1culo para el desarrollo urbano y regional sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>En particular, existe una falta de gesti\u00f3n integrada del agua coordinada entre la industria del carb\u00f3n y la ciudad, con el objetivo de la reutilizaci\u00f3n del agua y la gesti\u00f3n del ciclo del agua. Para ello, se desarrollar\u00e1 un concepto innovador que tenga en cuenta los cambios espaciales y temporales en la disponibilidad de agua de la industria minera y las diferentes necesidades de agua de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La caracter\u00edstica especial del proyecto de cooperaci\u00f3n es el enfoque espacio-temporal, que deber\u00e1 permitir el uso del agua en condiciones mineras cambiantes: cierre de minas a cielo abierto, minas subterr\u00e1neas temporales, hasta que se cierren todas las minas y se reutilicen las zonas mineras.<\/p>\n<p>Todos seguimos dependiendo de la miner\u00eda como materia prima y seguiremos haci\u00e9ndolo en el futuro. La miner\u00eda suele ir acompa\u00f1ada de la extracci\u00f3n de agua. En muchas otras regiones mineras, por ejemplo en China o Sud\u00e1frica, tambi\u00e9n se necesitan conceptos integrados para el reciclaje y el uso de las aguas residuales de la miner\u00eda. Por lo tanto, los resultados esperados del proyecto conjunto se transferir\u00e1n a otros emplazamientos mineros.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de cooperaci\u00f3n WaterMiner comprende siete subproyectos en los que est\u00e1n trabajando instituciones de investigaci\u00f3n y empresas como socios de cooperaci\u00f3n y futuros contratistas para otros proyectos medioambientales en Vietnam. La red global est\u00e1 coordinada por U+\u00d6 Umwelttechnik und \u00d6kologie im Bauwesen (Ingenieria Ambiental + Ecolog\u00eda). Las empresas Disy Informationssysteme GmbH, Karlsruhe, y Ribeka GmbH, Bornheim, desarrollan instrumentos inform\u00e1ticos para la recopilaci\u00f3n y el procesamiento de datos. Estos incluyen un \u00abcatastro especializado m\u00f3vil\u00bb para la documentaci\u00f3n por ordenador y el control in situ de la infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica, as\u00ed como un \u00absistema integral especializado de monitoreo e informaci\u00f3n\u00bb para la colecta, transmisi\u00f3n remota y evaluaci\u00f3n de datos sobre el agua.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00facleo del proyecto conjunto es un modelo de flujo de materiales apoyado por el procedimiento de d\u00e9ficit excesivo para la planificaci\u00f3n espacio-temporal de la reutilizaci\u00f3n de las aguas residuales de la miner\u00eda en las propias operaciones mineras y por consumidores externos en la regi\u00f3n de Ha Long (industria, riego, etc.). U+\u00d6 Umwelttechnik und \u00d6kologie im Bauwesen es responsable de este subproyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la base de los resultados del modelo, el Grundwasserforschungszentrum Dresden e.V. &#8211; DGFZ (Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n de Aguas Subterr\u00e1neas de Dresde e.V.) desarrolla junto con LUG Engineering GmbH, conceptos t\u00e9cnicos concretos para el tratamiento de agua, la distribuci\u00f3n de agua, el control integrado a nivel regional de los flujos de agua y la recuperaci\u00f3n de polvo de carb\u00f3n de las aguas residuales de la miner\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El Departamento de Econom\u00eda Ambiental de la Universidad de Koblenz-Landau est\u00e1 trabajando en otro subproyecto sobre la eficiencia econ\u00f3mica y la ecoeficiencia de la reutilizaci\u00f3n del agua y sobre cuestiones de aceptaci\u00f3n por parte de los consumidores de agua.<\/p>\n<p>DGFZ y LUG est\u00e1n desarrollando conceptos t\u00e9cnicos para el tratamiento de agua como plantas piloto en un sitio de ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se lleva a cabo en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con la empresa minera vietnamita VINACOMIN \u00abVietnam National Coal &#8211; Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited\u00bb. Entre otras cosas, VINACOMIN asume los costos de la implementaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de cooperaci\u00f3n WaterMiner est\u00e1 financiado por el Ministerio Federal de Educaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n de Alemania (BMBF).
